Qualifications: Minimum QualificationsEducation: Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent.Experience: Three (3) yearsand#8217; experience in clerical office and/or administrative work.Preferred Experience: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite software and a multi-line telephone.In this role you will:Performs program support for management and the team.and#183; Answers and routes phone calls, takes messages, and greets/directs visitors to the appropriate staff.and#183; Processes audit collections on Agency Work Manager and deposits funds. Complies with Agency Records Retention requirements. Maintains personnel folders.and#183; Performs imaging duties and assists in maintaining the imaging equipment.and#183; Performs word processing work associated with examinations utilizing Microsoft Word. Prepares, edits, and distributes various cover letters and templates.and#183; Performs timekeeping, organizes and monitors travel arrangements and reimbursement requests for others.and#183; Maintains filing systems, including recording information; updating paperwork; or maintaining documents, records, correspondence, or other material.and#183; Schedules meetings, conferences, seminars, presentations, and trainings.and#183; Meets training requirements.Conducts administrative reviews of reports to ensure administrative completeness for management.and#183; Handles incoming mail (physical and electronic) and coordinates the flow of information internally and externally.
