Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global IT Global Supply Chain Solutions, this role is accountable for leading technology initiatives that support global supply chain operations and "Plan to Make" processes. The role ensures strong alignment between business priorities and IT solutions to drive operational excellence, scalability, and innovation across manufacturing and supply chain.
As a Senior Manager of Globall Supply Chain IT, you will serve as the primary IT leader and business partner for key stakeholders across the global manufacturing organization while leading, developing, building and mentoring a team of IT Solution Analysts supporting Hologic's manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational supply chain experience, and a demonstrated ability to mentor teams, communicate effectively, and deliver and support practical technology solutions in a complex environment.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Marlborough, MA.
Key Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize business requirements related to supply chain planning, production scheduling, manufacturing execution, and inventory management.
Design, implement, and support IT solutions that optimize "Plan to Make" processes, including demand planning, capacity planning, production planning, shop floor management, and related supply chain operations.
Lead hands-on deployment and support of advanced supply chain technologies with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems integrations to ensure end-to-end visibility and control. Having experience with Oracle EBS is preferred.
Partner with business teams to assess current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardization through technology.
Recommend, develop, and deploy IT solutions that streamline supply chain operations, enhance productivity, and improve service and cost performance.
Drive the enablement of prioritized KPIs and visualizations to support Data Driven Decision making.
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives through IT tools, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Apply relevant emerging technologies, including AI, IoT, and predictive analytics, where they deliver measurable value in supply chain and manufacturing environments.
Drive innovation by proposing and piloting advanced IT solutions to address complex planning, manufacturing, and supply chain challenges.
Lead cross-functional team members and implementation partners to ensure IT solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage third-party vendor and system integrator relationships as needed.
Support change management strategies and adoption plans to minimize disruption and enable successful system transitions.
Knowledge
10+ years of leadership experience delivering IT solutions across global supply chain and manufacturing organizations, ideally within regulated environments, or 7+ years with a Master's degree
BS/BA in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations /Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or Master preferred with a focus on Operations / Supply Chain management.
Consulting and hands-on experience and strong business-partnering skills are beneficial.
Proven expertise in Plan, Make, Source, and/or Order/Deliver processes in both discrete and process manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS, as well as MES platforms and advanced supply chain planning solutions.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud preferred.
Strong knowledge of "Plan to Make" processes, including demand planning, capacity planning, production scheduling, inventory management, supply network and manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple IT initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams.
Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and modern data platforms, including moving operational data into Azure or AWS data lakes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Baxter Profit, and/or Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning preferred.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) beneficial.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies beneficial.

Proven leadership experience in complex, matrixed global organizations.
Ability to prepare and deliver effective IT Quarterly Business Reviews to senior Supply Chain and Regulatory leadership.
Collaborate with internal IT leaders to ensure compliance, governance, and technology roadmaps are aligned to business priorities and resource plans.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $231,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
