Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brevard, North Carolina. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service while addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming leads by coordinating follow-ups and offering product solutions to meet customer needs.

Investigate and resolve customer order issues, providing timely updates and resolution details.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company systems while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product offerings to deliver excellent service.

Meet or exceed established performance standards for both quality and productivity.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with both customers and team members.

Utilize computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, to complete tasks efficiently.

Respond to community voicemail messages and ensure prompt follow-up.

Support departmental goals by participating in training and assisting leadership with various tasks.

Adhere to safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and data entry.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and related applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including nights and weekends.

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
