Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as an assembler, where you will be responsible for performing the initial assembly of high-end office furniture. This role requires proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products, as well as the ability to operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Perform first assembly of high-end office furniture.

Use hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products.

Operate table saws, band saws, and miter saws.

Read and interpret blueprints for product assembly.

Participate in packaging and paint preparation.

Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Essential Skills

Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, and assembly.

Ability to read blueprints.

Proficiency in using miter saw, table saw, band saw, and hand tools.

Knowledge in woodworking and finish carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction.

Machine operation experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.

Work Environment

Work in a newly built Milling department with excellent ventilation and lighting. Utilize new equipment and tools in a well-organized manufacturing process. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection. You can wear jeans or shorts during the summer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
