Distinctive Details, Inc., is a rapidly growing automotive reconditioning manufacturing company located in Columbiana, Ohio. We are looking to fill the position of Warehouse Production & Assembly.

The candidate must be reliable, punctual, well-rounded, follow directions, able to think on their feet, be a team player and solve problems on the fly. Attention to detail, organizational ability, and the ability to multi-task is a must for this position.

In a typical day, the candidate can expect to contribute to the fulfillment of orders. Tasks may include but are not limited to filling containers with product by measurement and preparing pallets for shipment. This is not a standard repetitive manufacturing job; processes and activities will change daily depending on product and customer needs. Typical hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 1-hour, unpaid lunch and paid overtime as needed during the busy season (March-November). These overtime hours may fall on weekends. We offer paid holidays after a 90-day probation period and paid vacation after first year of service with the company.

Chemistry knowledge is not required, but applicants will be expected to learn about the product's properties with training and experience on the job.

Qualifications:

A Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED

Prior forklift experience not required, but nice to have

We're a small company so a 'team player' attitude is important.

Working knowledge of US and Metric liquid measurements and conversions

Must be able to work overtime as needed

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to pass a drug test

Required to spend 95% of an 8-hour shift standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching to perform various tasks / functions.

Candidate must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. to chest height

Candidate must be able to move and manipulate 55 gallon drums utilizing provided drum handling equipment

Must be able to wear and work in all PPE required including but not limited to chemical resistant nitrile gloves and face shields when filling certain products

Follow all safety protocols and proper chemical handling
