Basic Job Functions:

Perform monthly ATM, cash and bank reconciliations.

Monitor ATM cash usage for assigned Divisions, work with Brinks to adjust standing orders as needed, resolve vault cash balance differences and manage courier delivery issues.

Primary responsibility for CRM new supplier and change approvals.

Match/enter mill weights to settle shipments. Review accounts receivable and follow up on missing mill weights and payments.

Apply cash to open AR.

Work with Nucor Business Technology team directly to resolve Brokerage and Metals Group interface issues.

Primary responsibility for handling Helpdesksupport tickets assigned to the group.

Work with Division personnel to address issues with:Security/access, shipment reversals, payment & ticket voids, freight issues.

Work directly with transaction accounting software support to resolve issues that cannot be corrected internally.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

3-5 years of accounting or other equivalent experience

Bookkeeping/bank reconciliation/AR experience preferred

Preferences:

Desire and aptitude for promotion, including relocation

Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI

CPAand/or Advanced Business degree
