Position Summary...
We are hiring a Technology Operations leader to run the operating cadence for our organization and partner closely with leadership on planning, communications, hiring, budget support, and execution tracking. This role will manage weekly staff meetings, team offsites, town halls, executive meeting preparation, and follow-up on leadership actions. The role will also work with Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition to manage headcount, hiring progress, and budget alignment, while partnering with portfolio teams to maintain strong initiative hygiene across tools such as JIRA and Airtable. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who brings structure, rigor, and strong executive support to a fast-moving technology organization.
What you'll do...
You will lead large, complex programs that support how we plan, operate, and deliver technology across the business. You will:
Turn strategy into clear programs with defined goals, timelines, and outcomes
Manage budgets, track spend, and make sure investments deliver real value
Break down large initiatives into actionable work across teams
Partner with engineering, product, finance, and HR to keep everything aligned
Identify risks early and put plans in place to keep work on track
Track progress, measure results, and adjust quickly when needed
Improve how we work by building better processes, tools, and ways of operating
Support leadership rhythms like business reviews, town halls, and planning cycles
Maintain strong program hygiene across tools like Jira and reporting systems

Experience leading large scale technology programs or operations
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
