Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Pearland, TX

Pay Range: $15-$18 DOE

Shift: 1

What's the Job?

Operate fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punches to cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures.

Read and interpret job specifications to determine necessary machine adjustments and material requirements.

Position stops or guides to specified lengths using scales, rules, or templates to ensure precision.

Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

Ability to operate fabricating machinery safely and efficiently.

Basic understanding of technical specifications and measurements.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
