Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality product output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay Range: $30/hour + Overtime Potential

Shift: 3-4 days/week | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ( shifts could extened 10-12 hours)

What's the Job?

Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance

Perform complex machine setups with precision and accuracy

Troubleshoot process issues and implement real-time solutions

Support product changeovers, including cleaning, setup, and material preparation

Conduct quality checks, monitor process data, and support documentation efforts

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required

2+ years of manufacturing or technical production experience (3+ preferred)

1-2 yrs Experience with PIT industrial equipment, hoists, or forklifts required

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
