Our client, a healthcare provider specializing in mental health services, is seeking a Front Desk/Receptionist to join their team. As a Front Desk/Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting the mental health clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Front Desk/Receptionist

Location: Seneca, SC

Pay Range: $13.50 hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

Execute front office duties accurately, timely, and efficiently while treating all patients with dignity and respect.

Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, make reminder calls, and update patient information as needed.

Request payment for services rendered and serve as cashier.

Receive phone consultations, notify team leaders by email, and file completed consults in shared folders.

Provide backup coverage for Medical Records, Patient Intake, and Data Entry Clerk areas as needed.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

High School diploma or GED.

Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel.

Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Use of safety equipment such as gloves as required.
