Kelly Services is always looking for hardworking Administrative Workers.

We get: Temporary, Project based, Long Term Temp, Temp to Hire and Direct Hire opportunities

All Shifts:

AM and PM, weekday office hours

Locations:

We support clients from Los Angeles, South Bay, Long Beach, Brea and Orange County.

Pay Rates:

The pay rate range is typically $18+ (depending on experience)

Seeking people with experience as an:

Administrative Assistant

Executive Assistant

HR Generalist or HR Manager

Receptionist

Payroll (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)

Customer Service Representative

Warehouse Clerk - more on the office, data entry, customer service area

Data Entry Clerk

Computer savvy with Microsoft Excel, WMS, Data Entry

Have great attention to detail in your work

Requirements:

Some clients require a high school diploma or GED

Some clients require a background check and a drug test

Some clients require ITAR documents: proof of being a US citizen or Permanent Resident
