Construction Laborer - Data Center Project

Location: Ashburn, VA

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4x10s)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers to support a high-profile data center project in Ashburn, VA. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork while assisting with scaffolding setup, site preparation, and general labor tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the efficient and safe setup of job sites.

Move, carry, and stage scaffolding materials.

Support scaffold builders, erectors, and foremen in the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding systems.

Maintain a clean and hazard-free job site through sweeping, debris removal, and general housekeeping.

Spot and assist hoist operators during lifting operations.

Break down and clean up job sites at project completion.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in scaffolding, carpentry, concrete, or masonry .

Minimum 2 years of construction experience in related trades.

Strong understanding of job-site safety and proper material-handling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional construction labor experience with strong, consistent tenure.

Reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow direction from foremen and scaffold builders.

Work Environment

Outdoor construction environment at a major data center in Ashburn, VA .

Fast-paced setting requiring physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Standard schedule: 4x10-hour shifts , Monday through Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dulles, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
