What's the job?
We're looking for a Project Manager who can bring coordination, clarity, and excellence to every stage of our One Precision Assemblies (OPA) residential construction projects-from the moment a contract is signed through on-site installation. This role is central to bringing our innovative panelized construction system to life.
You'll collaborate closely with a wide range of internal experts-design, engineering, project management, manufacturing, and sales-along with external partners including customers, architects, building officials, certifying bodies, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your work will directly influence the success of each OPA project.
We need someone who can confidently manage RFIs, Change Orders, permitting, production schedules, and panel delivery timelines. Your experience in residential construction, project planning, permitting, and schedule management will ensure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
This role calls for a professional who communicates clearly, stays organized, and documents effectively. Experience with panelized or prefabricated construction is a plus-but not required. What matters most is your ability to lead complex construction projects and work seamlessly across many stakeholders.
Candidates should be within commuting distance of our Northboro, MA location and available for on-site collaboration approximately once per month.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll be the central coordinator ensuring each OPA project runs smoothly from planning through installation. You'll keep customers informed and aligned, while orchestrating the work of internal teams and external partners to keep every milestone on track.
A large part of your work will involve overseeing day-to-day project execution-managing schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring all regulatory and permitting steps are completed in partnership with state and local building officials. You'll lead project meetings, maintain clear documentation, and make sure every stakeholder has the information they need to move forward. You'll also collaborate with vendors and suppliers to confirm scope, coordinate timelines, and handle setup and payment
