The Contracts Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the review and interpretation of contract terms, with an emphasis on financial, payroll, and insurance-related provisions within a heavy civil construction environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and a demonstrated commitment to learning and professional growth to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with contractual obligations.

Administrative Assistant Required Qualifications:

Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products

Demonstrated ability to have strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience with time management and organizational skills

Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typicallt gained through extensive experience and/or education

3+ years of relevant experience
