The Associate Director, Finance - Supply Chain Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as a senior strategic finance partner to Supply Chain leadership, providing end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the Supply Chain. This role drives enterprise-level insight through integrated planning, standardized FP&A routines, scenario modeling, and performance analytics to support cost, service, and cash objectives. The role leads a team of finance professionals within the Supply Chain Finance team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Strategic Partnership & Business Insight (Supply Chain FP&A) - Serve as the lead FP&A partner to Supply Chain leadership, translating operational strategies and performance into clear P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow implications.
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management (Supply Chain) - Lead the Supply Chain budget, forecast, and long-range plan processes, including assumptions, risks, opportunities, and alignment with enterprise targets.
Performance Analytics, Productivity & Value Creation - Lead identification, sizing, and tracking of Supply Chain productivity, efficiency, and cost to serve opportunities; ensure benefits are embedded in forecasts and plans.
Governance, Risk & Continuous Improvement - Own the Supply Chain FP&A operating cadence (monthly results, forecasts, KPI reviews), with clear deliverables, timelines, and accountability across the team.
Standardization & Best Practices - Accountable for standardizing Supply Chain FP&A work systems and processes, including forecasting methodologies, KPI definitions, and performance reporting.
People Leadership & Talent Management - Set clear objectives aligned to Supply Chain and Finance priorities; coach, develop, and provide regular feedback to strengthen analytical and business partnering capabilities. Own performance management, development planning, and succession considerations for the two direct reports; ensure continuity of key FP&A processes through cross training and standard work. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; model strong financial stewardship and enterprise mindset.
Requirements
Master's Degree in a Finance/Business-Related + 5 or more years of work-related experience, or Bachelor's Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field + 8 or more years of related work experience
Demonstrated leadership in financial management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration
Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and detail orientation
Advanced PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
ERP and Financial Systems Expertise
Preferred Skills & Experience
Demonstrated leadership in logistics, manufacturing or supply chain finance in a multi-site, multi-logistics vendor environment, including cost management, operational finance, and plant-level / warehouse-level support
Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau or similar data analysis & visualization tools
Prior CPG or food industry experience
Experience in a multinational or multi-entity environment
Six Sigma, LEAN or similar process improvement methodology certifications
Salary Range: $149,760 - $187,200
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
