Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Rockford, IL 61103

Work Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday - full time.

Pay Rate: USD 40 - 43/hr

Contract: 1 year

Qualifications:

1-3 years of administrative or sales support experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage a high volume of sales orders and customer inquiries

Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team

Remote work is ocationally allowed, on site preffered

Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative support to the sales team

Process a high volume of sales orders received

Answer phone calls from customers and respond to inquiries

Communicate customer feedback and concerns to the sales team

Check pricing and order status information for customers

Assist customers with complaints

Prepare and report monthly sales results to the sales team

Maintain accurate records and support additional administrative tasks as needed
