Kelly Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a nationwide chemical manufacturer and distributor in Sweetwater, TX . You must have previous 3+ years of administrative experience and D365 Microsoft is preferred. Hours are day shift Monday-Friday and pay rate is $18 per hour. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate!
What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Providing essential administrative support to staff and management, including typing shipping papers, taking customer orders, and processing accounts payable/receivable.
Maintaining and organizing office filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality while handling incoming and outgoing communications.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and company events, while serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment as a general secretary or customer service representative.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using Excel for data entry and spreadsheet organization.
Possess a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and are willing to work overtime as needed.
