Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This contract position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting leadership and contributing to organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.

Handle inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with precision.

Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and managing reception duties.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suites.

Support the studio director with daily operational needs and other assigned tasks.

Ensure the office environment is well-organized and supplies are adequately stocked.

Assist in coordinating team events and meetings as needed.

Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and handling inbound calls.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
