Job Title: Aircraft Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician capable of multitasking and following directions in a fast-paced environment. You will perform maintenance on a variety of corporate aircraft, including Global Express, Gulfstream, Challenger, Citation, Phenom 300, and King Air. The role requires meticulous attention to paperwork and adherence to FAA approved technical data and repair station guidelines.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on various corporate aircraft models.

Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications.

Submit accurate paperwork to release the aircraft.

Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and perform basic office duties.

Complete all maintenance, work order, and return-to-service paperwork accurately.

Essential Skills

Experience with aircraft, airframe, and aircraft maintenance.

A&P license and Airframe & Powerplant mechanic certification.

Ability to complete time-sensitive aircraft repairs.

Experience with aircraft models such as Cessna, Jet, CRJ, Falcon, Hawker, and Bombardier.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred experience with Challenger 350, 650, Global 5000/6000, Phenom 300, Cessna Citation, Gulfstream 450/550.

Effective communication with supervisors and team members.

Positive attitude towards productivity, safety, and quality maintenance.

Troubleshooting experience with multimeters and calibrated testing equipment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products.

Work Environment

The position is based in a large MRO facility, working within large teams. We currently have openings for weekend overnight shifts. Regular shifts include Monday to Thursday (6am-4:30pm or 3:30pm-1:30am) and weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am). Candidates must have their own tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Statesville, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $50.00/hr.
