Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail and mall location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a highly visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support store teams and guests through professional communication, incident reporting, and courteous customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests in a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, fitting rooms, stock areas, and exterior perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and support a welcoming shopping experience.

Monitor entrances and exits, greet and direct visitors, and help manage access to back-of-house and restricted areas in accordance with site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, and fire or alarm activations, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.

Complete written and/or electronic reports, document observations and incidents, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
