You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related issues, and respond to incidents with clear communication and strong customer service. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and/or access issues.

Monitor access points and property activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Complete routine reports and incident logs, communicate noteworthy activity to Allied Universal supervision and/or property management, and support site operations as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Have customer service experience preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
