As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or public responders when required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout technology-focused office and/or campus areas, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes.

Monitor access points and visitor traffic during patrols, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity, and reporting concerns per post orders.

Complete required documentation such as daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate observations and/or hazards to site management per protocol.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer Service Experience - preferred.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
