As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols of guest areas, back of house spaces, and parking areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer service. You will support access control and incident reporting while working as part of a caring team that values integrity, teamwork, and an agile, reliable, innovative approach.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and hotel staff by following site-specific procedures, assisting with directions and amenity information, and supporting security-related requests.

Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel public areas, back-of-house spaces, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy issues.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, fire or water alarms, and requests for assistance from hotel management.

Control access to restricted areas by checking credentials as directed, monitoring entrances and loading areas, and documenting deliveries and/or vendor activity per site policies.

Complete detailed reports of shift activity, incidents, and patrol findings, and communicate key information to hotel leadership and incoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

Have 1+ years of security-related experience.

Be 21+ years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
