As an unarmed, driving patrol officer, you will tour resort-style guest areas and busy logistics locations, completing routine patrols and inspections while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will assist with access control, respond to calls for service, and document observations with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at hospitality and distribution locations.

Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points, while observing for unusual activity and/or hazards.

Monitor access control points by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in and/or sign-out, and helping to direct foot and vehicle traffic according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, providing clear directions to occupants, and supporting first responders as needed.

Complete reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and daily activity, and communicate status updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Guard Card/License is preferred.

CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
