As a Security Officer Patrol Route Driver in Princeville, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, provide a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service to guests and staff. Pay Rate: $24.40 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and common areas, verify authorized entry where required, and assist with directions, escorts, and other guest service needs in a professional manner.

Support hotel and resort operations by observing for maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or disturbances, and communicating timely updates to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
