As a Security Officer - Apartment Complex Patrol in Ashville, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and communicate clearly with team members, drivers, and onsite staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution facility, warehouse areas, and perimeter, including parking lots and trailer yards as assigned.

Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, checking identification and/or credentials for employees, visitors, and drivers in accordance with site requirements.

Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, noting unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
