Position Summary...
The Director, People for International Tech shapes and delivers people strategies that help International Tech teams perform at their best across markets. You'll partner with in-market leaders and global tech leadership to strengthen organizational health-org design, change leadership, talent systems, and workforce planning-so teams can scale with clarity and momentum. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution, grounded in data, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. Experience supporting teams across multiple countries and cultures is essential.

We focus on practical, scalable people solutions-supported by analytics and strong partnerships-so teams operating across countries and time zones can deliver with confidence and consistency.
What you'll do...
Build and execute people strategies aligned to International Tech priorities and growth plans.
Partner with in-market leaders to support team effectiveness across cultures, countries, time zones, and ways of working.
Lead organizational change efforts, including org design, role clarity, leader enablement, and communication plans.
Advise leaders on core people topics and ensure consistent application of HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
Drive talent work end-to-end: workforce planning, recruiting strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and capability building.
Use people insights and analytics to identify trends, surface risks, and translate data into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
Support compliance activities and audits as needed, including follow-through on corrective actions.
Reinforce a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and associate engagement.
Required Qualifications
Experience developing and delivering HR/People strategies aligned to business objectives in a complex environment.
Strong organizational change leadership experience (org design, transformation, leader enablement).
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across global teams and in-market stakeholders in multiple countries.
Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making (people analytics, trends, and insights).
Knowledge of HR compliance practices and employment regulations; audit readiness and corrective action planning.
Talent management depth across workforce planning, recruiting strategy, development, and succession planning.
Strong communication skills, executive presence, and high discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish.
Experience supporting technology organizations and leaders through rapid growth or transformation.
Experience operating in matrixed, multi-geography environments with distributed teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
