As a Security Officer Corporate Campus Patrol Driver in Birmingham, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing observations with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the banking location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas, as required by post instructions.

Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, disruptions, and/or policy violations at the location.

Support closing and opening activities, alarm-related responses, and other assigned duties in accordance with post orders and the needs of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
