You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with team members and site leaders. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed at an aero and defense location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production and office areas, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Control access by monitoring authorized entry and exit, checking identification and/or credentials when required, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and coordinating with on-site personnel.

Complete routine reports and activity logs, communicate observations to Allied Universal management and/or site contacts, and report hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Secret clearance is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
