As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with calm, customer-focused communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will represent Allied Universal with integrity, teamwork, and a caring, agile mindset while supporting daily operations.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards to operations, and security-related concerns.

Control access at gates and/or checkpoints by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, logging entries and exits, and directing traffic flow for deliveries and trucks.

Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed by post orders.

Complete timely documentation such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

EMT Certification is required and may be completed post hire.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer Service Experience is preferred.

CPR/First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.

CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
