As a Security Officer Credential Control in Whitestown, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will manage access control, monitor activity, and conduct routine patrols to help support a secure environment. This role combines strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Control access to the location by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, registering visitors, and/or documenting truck drivers, vendors, and deliveries according to post instructions.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, warehouse areas, trailer yards, and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns.

Support daily logistics and distribution operations by helping to deter unauthorized access, maintaining accurate access records, and providing clear directions to employees, contractors, and delivery personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
