As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and unusual activity with calm professionalism. This post requires an armed guard card or license. You will deliver clear communication and customer service while supporting Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Perform armed patrol duties, maintaining control of issued equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, post orders, and applicable laws and/or regulations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disorderly conduct, suspicious activity, and/or medical situations until relieved by appropriate responders.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, entry points, ATM and vault-adjacent corridors, and the exterior perimeter to help reduce the likelihood of unauthorized access and/or criminal activity.

Complete detailed reports and logs, document incidents, and communicate with client staff, Allied Universal leadership, and law enforcement and/or emergency services as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.

Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience.

Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.

CPR Certification is preferred.

Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
