JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Facilitator provides GEM Process data administration, primarily supporting Maintenance Planner(s) and Coordinators(s) by providing timely and accurate work order encoding, planned maintenance parts ordering, supervise light duty technicians and maintenance CI technician.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Able to meet the physical demands of the position according to the physical demands analysis Establish and maintain a safe work environment and best practices Supervise and assign tasks to CI technician assigned to them Supervise and assign tasks to Light Duty Technician(s) Create and Maintain Light Duty PM program and repair plans Conduct parts ordering and receiving process working as liaison between Maintenance and Warehouse groups Monitor and organize mine site core program, maximizing core reimbursement potential Assist as instructed by planners and coordinators in parts ordering and tracking for projects Monitor, track, and maximize potential of the mine warranty tracking program Assist with service entry/vendor invoice requirements Maintain the required environmental documents and inspections and coordinate environmental projects around shop area in compliance with federal, state and company regulations and environmental programs Collaborate with manager, planners, mechanical and electrical engineers as required Load and unload supplies and deliveries as required Maintain time-keeping and pay records in appropriate database Maintain confidentiality with sensitive issues Regular and predictable attendance Other job assignments as requested Complies with the company drug and alcohol program

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two years maintenance experience with surface mining equipment Knowledgeable of Federal, State and MSHA requirements relating to maintenance of mining equipment Good communication skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation) and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and outside organizations Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment Knowledge and skill with software to support maintenance activities including a knowledge of Microsoft Office is expected. Good organization and planning skills Able to use and understand equipment/parts manuals Ability to operate a forklift Willingness for flexible job assignments as conditions and needs change through the day

PREFERRED Degree from Technical School Wyoming Mine Foreman Certification Knowledge in NetSuite or Oracle programs
