As a Security Officer Community Patrol in Yorktown, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hospitality-focused location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support guests with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hospitality location.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, guest amenity areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.

Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with directions and visitor questions, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activity according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
