Skills - Nice to have :

You'll rotate through several areas to gain strong foundational skills, including:

Learning basic fabrication

Measuring and cutting metal to length

Operating brake presses & spot welders

Buffing, prepping, and finishing materials

Exposure to MIG/TIG welding & custom metalwork

Helping assembly, packaging, paint, and other departments as needed

Pay & Shifts:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

$20-$25/hr, depending on experience

Entry-Level accepted - we'll train you!

Experienced candidates start higher!

Plus: Tuition reimbursement for continued trade education or welding certifications.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.84 - $22.09/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
