HealthPartners is hiring for an RN float working out of our Urgent Care department. Will Float to the following locations: St. Paul, Woodbury. Apple Valley, Arden Hills. QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current RN licensure in Minnesota Current RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills Urgent Care: Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience in ambulatory or inpatient settings. Complete competencies in IV administration, catheterization and triage within 6 months of start PREFERRED: One year full time employment as an RN PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time. Must possess speech, hearing and sight skills to perform the functions of the position. Manual dexterity required. Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently.
