Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Happy Valley, Oregon, on a contract basis. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations in a non-profit environment. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, and multitasking while handling a variety of office responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including calendar coordination and scheduling appointments.

Answer inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Prepare and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Oversee receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing correspondence.

Coordinate program schedules and ensure timely updates.

Assist with creating and formatting well-organized presentations.

Support office operations by organizing documents and maintaining filing systems.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.

Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support organizational goals.

Requirements - Previous experience in administrative assistance or related roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office Suite applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to manage calendars and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience with receptionist duties, including call handling and visitor management.

Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
