We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and at providing clients with exceptional services.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:- You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry- You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance- You will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awards- We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions- We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation- Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:- Managing the sales tax compliance process for clients sales tax returns- Sales tax research projects- Managing information and people related to sales tax compliance- Interacting with clients and managing staff- Corresponding with state and local tax authorities to resolve client issues- Managing registrations and business licenses for clientsBasic Qualifications- 6+ years experience with sales tax compliance- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field- CPA, JD, or Enrolled AgentPreferred/Desired Qualifications:- CMI (sales tax) designation a plus- Excellent communication and organization skills- Experience with sales tax preparation software such as Vertex or Alteryx- Understanding of sales tax issues, including exemption certificate management, tax accruals and reserves, journal entries and use tax issue.EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
