Technician - Construction Labor Support

Location: Frederick, MD

Schedule: 5:30AM

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Technician to support day-to-day operations at an active construction site for a data center. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Wash vehicle tires to ensure compliance with site cleanliness and safety standards.

Monitor and guard designated areas of the construction site to support security efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a similar hands-on role.

Ability to perform cleaning and site-maintenance tasks efficiently.

Strong awareness of safety protocols on active job sites.

Additional Qualifications

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment

You will work onsite at a data center construction project in Frederick, MD . This is a physically active role requiring time outdoors and the flexibility to adjust to varying start times based on project needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Frederick, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
