Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Receiving Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inbound freight processing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Receiving Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Park 100

Pay Range: $18.25

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

Receive and process all inbound freight, ensuring proper identification of merchandise and accurate comparison to paperwork and computer data.

Sort packages by vendor and purchase order, preparing freight for putaway.

Replenish stock by repalletizing freight as necessary for efficient storage.

Record shipments into the Warehouse Computer System, verifying purchase order details, item specifics, and quantities.

Unload trucks using power equipment and participate in special projects as assigned.

What's Needed?

Ability to pass machine driver safety training for all required equipment.

Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and accountability for accurate decision-making.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and handle multiple assignments efficiently.
