The Opportunity
As part of the Marketing Technology Team you will lead large-scale marketing technology transformation programs, helping clients modernize how they connect with their customers through data, technology, and experience. As a Director you will set the strategic direction and drive business growth by overseeing the functional requirements, design, and architecture of marketing ecosystems while fostering impactful executive-level client relations. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape enterprise architectures and implementation strategies that enhance client relationships and deliver innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
Analyze and enhance client interactions through innovative technology
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketing technology landscape
Guide teams in the integration of various marketing platforms
Lead the definition and execution of enterprise marketing technology strategies and roadmap
Translate complex marketing and data requirements into technology blueprints
Lead pursuits, proposals, and solution development for marketing technology opportunities
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years of experience in marketing technology strategy, architecture, and delivery within a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing preferred
Proven track record of leading multi-platform implementations
Demonstrating hands-on experience with AI solutions
Developing and managing large martech transformation programs
Familiarity with data privacy and governance frameworks
Understanding of Adobe, Salesforce, and other Martech ecosystems
Translating complex marketing requirements into technology blueprints
Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end delivery
Possessing proven technical fluency with the ability to guide conversations spanning data models and APIs
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
