Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Lead-P/T to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead-P/T, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the sortation and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to team management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead - Part Time

Location: Brooklyn, OH

Pay Range: $23/hour

Shift: Sunday 11:00-19:00, Tuesday 17:00-23:00, Wednesday 17:00-23:00, Thursday 17:00-23:00, Friday 17:00-23:00

What's the Job?

Supervise the sortation team to ensure efficient operations

Assign work and monitor group activities to maximize productivity

Sort and audit mail innovations, filter-buy, and all other roadie products

Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and housekeeping standards

Handle inventory management, including monitoring levels and merchandise reconciliation

What's Needed?

At least 4 years of warehouse experience

Experience in a supervisory role

Ability to work nights

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
