Onsite Administrative Assistant

Adecco is seeking an Onsite Administrative Assistant in Warsaw, IN. You'll support candidates, assigned employees, and client staff to ensure smooth day-to-day staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as contact for candidates, assigned employees, and client staff, answer calls and emails and route inquiries appropriately.

Maintain applicant and employee records in various systems; perform accurate data entry and file management.

Coordinate interview scheduling, shift assignments, and calendar management between the client and recruiting team.

Support onboarding at the site: collect documents, verify IDs, coordinate background/drug screens, and schedule orientation/training with the client.

Create and maintain job postings, reports, spreadsheets, and client-facing documents.

Ensure adherence to client policies, site safety requirements, and staffing compliance; assist with audits and record request

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

1-3 years administrative or client-facing experience preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone and face-to-face etiquette.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.

Must be available to work onsite full shift and follow client safety/PPE rules

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
