Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistJob Description

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a people-first culture, providing hands-on support across the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace where every employee can succeed.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment and onboarding processes.

Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment.

Administer benefits and ensure compliance with regulations.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Provide administrative support across HR functions.

Essential Our Client

1+ year of HR experience.

1+ year of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in ADP software.

Strong communication and people skills.

Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.

Additional Our Client & Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Work Environment

This position is 100% on-site in Auburn, WA, within a manufacturing environment. The role involves working in a hybrid-like manner between warehouse and office spaces. The organization is a non-profit social enterprise focusing on supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to re-entering the workforce. The team is tenured and promotes from within, offering room for growth and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
