You will guide a skilled technical team while driving reliability across robotics, PLCs, and highly automated material handling systems, helping shape how a facility is built, optimized, and scaled from the ground up. What You'll Do...
Lead communication with associates, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional partners through clear verbal and written updates.
Drive and execute the operational business plan to meet production, quality, and safety goals while implementing process improvements.
Forecast, plan, and monitor staffing, workload, and performance to meet business demands.
Manage financial responsibilities by tracking expenses, monitoring asset utilization, and analyzing business reports.
Ensure compliance with logistics, company standards, and safety requirements through strong documentation and adherence to procedures.
Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring performance in maintaining warehouse equipment and compliance with OSHA, DOT, NFPA, Hazardous Waste, Storm Water, and other regulations.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities while supporting hiring, promotion, and evaluation processes.
Lead reliability efforts across advanced automation systems including robotics, conveyor/sortation systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Develop and execute preventative maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to improve system uptime and performance.
Drive complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for automation and control system failures, leveraging data and continuous improvement methodologies.
Partner closely with operations, engineering, and vendors to support integration and scaling of new automation technologies.
Utilize CMMS and data-driven tools to monitor system performance, identify trends, and proactively address maintenance needs.

Have proven success managing teams and driving performance outcomes.
Excel at problem-solving and decision-making, especially in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including budgeting and expense tracking.
Are highly organized, safety-driven, and passionate about building a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Have experience working with automated material handling systems, robotics, PLCs, or control systems.
Bring expertise in Lean principles, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Have experience leading maintenance strategies in highly automated or greenfield/startup environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Maintenance, Controls, Electrical) and 1 year of experience in an operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment with responsibilities including: supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload across multiple departments, participating in hiring and promotions. OR at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with the same leadership and staffing responsibilities listed above.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
