Job Title: Accounts Payable AdministratorJob Description

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for coding invoices and expense reports, processing check funds, and matching payments to invoices. You will play a crucial role in the financial operations by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities

Code invoices and expense reports accurately.

Process check funds and ensure timely payments.

Match payments to invoices for accurate financial tracking.

Utilize Oracle for accounts payable tasks.

Perform three-way matching to maintain financial accuracy.

Collaborate with the accounts payable team for efficient operations.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in accounts payable and invoice processing.

Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, and purchase order management.

At least 1 year of experience with Oracle.

At least 1 year of experience with three-way matching.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience using Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Work Environment

You will join a dedicated team of three accounts payable professionals, making you the fourth member. The accounting department consists of about 30 individuals. Work takes place in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work from home on Monday and Friday. The environment encourages cross-training to ensure comprehensive knowledge of all facets of accounts payable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.00/hr.
