Our client, a leader in manufacturing and design, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an essential part of the Operations department supporting production staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Middleton, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

Assemble and build various fixtures, signage, displays, including menu boards, countertop, and hanging units following established guidelines.

Cut, fasten, sand materials, and ensure quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.

Assist with packing and shipping products, ensuring proper documentation and routing for timely delivery.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.

Support the maintenance and repair of tools and machinery to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of experience in basic assembly or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment operation.

Understanding of safety protocols and quality control procedures.

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting.
