Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our Newark, New Jersey facility. This role involves managing a growing team and ensuring efficient inventory management across a large warehouse space. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to maintaining smooth workflows.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Manage logistics and transportation management to ensure timely delivery of products.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.

Coordinate production planning and procurement activities to meet customer demands.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments in compliance with company policies.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations within the warehouse environment.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain management processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field, preferably in a 3PL environment.

Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, receiving, and supply chain management principles.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software tools.
