We are looking for a skilled Legal Administrator/Legal Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with bilingual capabilities and a background in personal injury law. The role combines remote and on-site work, offering a flexible hybrid schedule with one day per week required in the office (near Sedalia).

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage medical record requests to support legal case preparation.

Perform e-filing tasks for Colorado State and Federal courts in compliance with regulations.

Respond to basic inquiries related to personal injury cases, providing accurate and timely information.

Assist in managing a caseload of approximately 55 active cases, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative duties and case-related tasks.

Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring efficient access to case documents.

Handle court filings and documentation in adherence to legal protocols.

Manage calendars and schedules for attorneys, tracking appointments and deadlines.

Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance case management efficiency.

Requirements

Bilingual Required. (both speaking and writing)

Proven experience as a Legal Administrator or Legal Assistant, preferably in personal injury law.

Proficiency in e-filing for Colorado State and Federal courts.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.

Familiarity with legal file management systems and court filing procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Spanish.

Knowledge of medical record request processes and related documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and onsite tasks.

Keen attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
