Our client, a multinational technology consulting company, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Gallatin, TN. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management Department supporting large-scale data center projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Gallatin, TN (100% Client Onsite)

Pay Range: $85-95/hr.

Job Type: 7-month Contract with possibility for extension

Schedule: 40 hours/wk. plus possible OT

What's the Job?

Manage day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecomm Partners to ensure project milestones are met.

Drive innovative solutions to achieve business unit goals and KPIs, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and trade partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships.

Provide valuable input into constructability assessments and assist in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules.

Escalate key issues promptly for coordination with campus construction management and facilities operations teams, ensuring smooth project execution.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred

5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects exceeding $100M.

Proven experience managing general contractors and trade partners effectively.

Field experience in commercial construction, particularly in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similar industries.

Familiarity with construction management software such as Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
